Swimming begins Monday, February 23 and ends Thursday, April 2 

Practices held @ Ausable Valley High School, Clintonville on Mon, Wed, & Fri

Practices held @ Stafford Middle School, Plattsburgh on Tues & Thurs

LC Waves Team practices: 6:00pm - 8:00pm Mon-Thurs

and 5:30pm - 7:00pm Fri

Pre-Team/Developmental practices: 6:00pm - 6:45pm on Mon, Tues & Thurs

**The multi-swimmer discount is applied after registration as either a refund (if paid in full) or credit applied to the installments (2+ Swimmers - 12.5% Discount)

Please note that all payments made via credit card will include a processing fee added to your total.

To bypass this charge, simply select the Bank Account (ACH) payment option during registration setup.

Mandatory 2026 USA Swimming Registration for All Swimmers

(Insurance Requirement)

Returning Swimmers renewed by Waves & parent accounts charged corresponding fees after registration.

New Swimmers will receive an email with directions to register their swimmers in USA Swimming.

• Premium Athlete (+$88 Fee)  – Swimmers 13 & Over and Swimmers 12 & Under attending 3+ meets
• Flex Athlete (+$30 Fee)  – Swimmers 12 & Under
